    Job security is worst. Untill you are at client location your job is saved. Once you come on bench they directly fire. Skills development is 0. They don't focus on it. For doing a training we have to take multiple follow-ups. HR don't hear you untill you poke them atleast 9-10 times via email. Even after this you will not get any resolution.
