    Here you will get decrement if you stay for more than a year. Take your retention bonus and leave. You'll be slogging your energy for complete worthless company where you will be paid daily majduri.

    No hike at all, somebody please give another job, I will leave this shit job at first instance. No Learning, No Earning, No Growth, No internet reimbursement, No travel Reimbursement, No appraisals, Everything is complete disaster.

    When the market is stable, Incentives can be made equal to your salary. Lenient login in/out timings, working hours doesnt matter as long as the work is completed, you can log off. Day off policy is lenient, Salary will be credited on time!

    Dislikes

    1) Job security is terrible, even if you are ling time employee, you can be removed at anytime without proper explanation! 2) Managers, TL are very harsh instead of Analysing/motivating/helping when a mistake is made, they scold, demotivate, appraisal si held for another cycle stating one mistake and even put employees under (PIP) and cut incentives for entire month 3) Partiality/Favours are very much there, and if you show too much loyalty you are bound to do extra work

    I like to work in Altisource when I was there. It's really an amazing place compared to other companies. I got a good team. Management is good for employees.

    Dislikes

    It's a sudden layoff. event layoff Altisource paid a good amount off pay. Insurance is not covering 100%

    Job security could be little on choppy waters . Dont expect great compensation but ya now a days they are offering decent compensation. Remote working does give you some flexibility and management depends on which process you are working for. Overall management will not make your life hell they are very understanding of the situation and will try to accommodate your valid request. Overall i would say nice place to work
