I work as a customer service associate at Amazon....they have unreasonable expectation n goal set for us and the parameters that has to be maintained keeps on increasing ..... And it's a hell of a task for us to ask for any kinda leave....we are never trusted when we aks for sick leave, we are questioned as if we have committed some kinda crime. I have heard that other customer service support teams are good to work with...it's only vcsblr team that's pressurizing it's associates....

The first plus working in amazon is you can create well work life harmony. Meals card is another plus. Every employee have 24days/ann leave period, instead getting permission from manager, here you can just inform them. Hiring Freshers. Someroles have permanent WFH

Dislikes

First minus is salary pay, they are proving less packages for Non-Tech roles. Growth is little bit slow.
