The Compensation, overall culture how company take care of employees and their well being. The HR works really hard to make overall culture of company good. Letting people go is the last option organization would consider, even in this pandemic, there is no single employee was asked to go.

Dislikes

Though the HR works hard to make overall culture of company, its the managers and supervisor who make it worst in the name of business exigencies. There is no work life balance, you are expected to work from 8AM till late night, on weekends, during leaves even if u are on sick leave. The culture become so sick the people join employee's personal social media account to stalk & check what they post and bring it in public forums and reviews.

On time salary, compensation is good, Travel benefits are good.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Everyday its a review day. Unnecessary reporting formats inspite of a dedicated MIS team working. Business partners are everything and reach out to the ceo/sales head very easily. Top management has no clue why business is going down for last FY.

...orking at this company has been disappointing primarily due to two major issues. Low salary and unprofessional senior staff behavior. The lack of respect and unprofessionalism create a toxic environment affecting both morale and productivity.

Good facilities provided by the company. Compensation is good and during pandemic they have not reduced the manpower.HR policy is good.

Dislikes

Mostly old employees with high internal politics and favouritism of bosses can be seen. Not much handholding for the new joinees. The organisation is head heavy nobody has got any clarity why the business is up or down in a particular month. Quite confusing directions received from the top bosses. If you fall in the group of favourites your job is saved. High work pressure during pandemic,work from home has become more stressful with meaningless and direction less meetings. Industry is difficult and not related to any traditional sales channel available. So be ready to unlearn your sales skill and knowledge and learn new techniques in the industry.

Politics Slow growth Forget your life, have no work-life balance, Have to serve their distributors 24/7 (Saturday & Sunday working) they do have comp off in their policy, but no use, you have to attend meetings No leave No holiday
