...ear. Every year Management try to reduce by decreasing benefits for employees. One year they had not paid 50% of variable pay and another year not paid 35% of the pay. 6 months increment not given. Medical insurance of parents cut Schoolbus fair increased highly Canteen cost increased

Time to time salary will credit to our accounts. Safety regulations are very good.

the management only looks his profit. this company is only good for workers because they have a union to fight and gain what they want. When coming to staff they only give grades and promotions to the unworthy peoples who praises there manager. salary increments and grades whenever i come thought about this a big loud of smile appears in my face. The only management i seen for company extension or erection they took money from staff salaries.
