there is literally nothing to like about this company.

...urdays are off here but In my team juniors were asked to work even on Saturdays. Salary is very low and even incentives are not given on time. They put employees under a lot of pressure. Seniors and leads are very rude and do not cooperate. the work environment here actually feels toxic on so many levels.

... against what is wrong. Worst place to work ever. The CTC is only for namesake. They will deduct almost 40% of your CTC in the name of bonus with unreasonable targets. They will make you work on Saturdays as well even when officially it is a week off. They will make you work after logout time as well.

Worst company,don't join this company. They will give you only mental pressure and when u asked ur salary they will terminate you without any prior notice. Hr Durgesh he don't have manners how to behave with female employees. He used abuse words over the call when u ask your salary.

Job is secured. My boss, Umesh sir paid salary even during lockdown with no deductions for us. We were 3 office staff. Even though no one came to the office, we were paid in full and in all the lockdown months. We were afraid due to lockdown, but Anlage helped us. Management is really good.
