... are treated like s l a v e s, they won’t provide proper leaves for temp staffs. Half the actual salary will goes for the agency. No insurance and medical Benefits. I recommend everyone not to join this company as temp staffs. There will be deductions in Shift allowance , whereas full time employees receive the actual shift allowance. No Mandatory Leaves for temp workers.

...work.Australian team would like to have tight control over Bangalore operation. If ur aim is skill development along with salary then I would not advise this company.

Favouritism, in the name of gender diversity, lot of incompetency...Not very smart people around.

1. High salary for a fresher 2. Expansive office with fully equipped cafeteria and gym facilities 3. Flat organizational hierarchy

Dislikes

1. The high salary is the trap. They give you so much, that it becomes very difficult to leave. And that's the only way they can get new talent in company 2. No appreciation at all. Very toxic culture 3. No training or skill development 4. Its a dead end job. No challenges 5. Heavily understaffed with no inclination to hiring. My team was 32 member team till 2018 which reduced to 11 people by 2023. More people were leaving it than joining. But workload remained the same

It’s a good company to work with. Be it culture and policies. It’s good. They take surveys and hears your opinions and problems. You can raise things up if you don’t agree.

Though the company is good. Compensation is very less from top to bottom.

... of your Base- few company do not consider this as it becomes part of variable -Bonus policy not that good, Even if you received bonus - you will never feel that you received Bonus in you account.
