    1) Salary on time. 2) 50% hostel bill & lunch token facility. 3) Learning opportunities.

    Dislikes

    1) To get good increment you need to oiling your manager instead of working on field all the time. 2) You must have to submit hostel bill to claim amount. 3) No work life balance. 4) Not easy to sanction holidays even you have lots of leave credit. 5) Your efforts & hurdles will never appreciated. 6) Sunday alternate half day. NOTE: Advices to stay just for learning not for earning.

    Nothing to like except the salary is on time.

    Dislikes

    Only work, work, work, no time for family, no direct connection with higher management, no proper timings higher management says only 8hrs duty but at site it goes upto 10hrs, Sunday's working, holidays working and so on....

    1. No worklife balance 2. Internal group politics(mainly two communities) 3. If you are employe also you didn't get proper response from HR dept. 4. No holidays in site.(Even national holiday's also).
