    Still there are many things to be settle down in this organisation, Promotion and hike does not depends on our performance, Allocation of the funds not perfect and not much benefits, no one will assist here for our queries

    Very outdated systems, management is very bad. Attrition rate is increasing

    Work Life balance is Good. Team mates are scattered accross different locations so the focus of manager is on work that you do not the time off that you take as a break. Easier to move to other locations within India if you wish to Jump Programme

    Dislikes

    They are forcing people to come to office 12 days in a month whereas it should be max 5 days like SS&C I heard the increaments and bonus are very less and below 5%. Will update when my appraisal happens.

    Good work life balance. Provide good career opportunity to honest and dedicated employees. Provide end to end exposure in Fund services. Multiple work location gives flexibility to chose office near to hometown.

    Compensation is on lower side compare to market standard. Year end hike and bonus are very less. Organisation need to focus on employee welfare.

    Salary, work life balance are good

    Dislikes

    Horrible culture. Too much of micro management. They don’t bother about work, they focus on other silly aspects and if you are self respected, you can’t stay there. People who are conceptually sound and can do their work without anyone’s support are not fairly treated. We have to live under the VPs umbrella.
