It is secure place to work and people can work lifelong here. Salary on time, policy are good, time based promotions

Poor management for learning, role enhancement and initiatives. Poor role of HO and lade back attitude. No importance to initiatives and working. Nothing new you can add in system. Job is like government job. System will take time to react and you have to wait for it.

Performance matters than previous records, Excellent company to work with, good people with lots of guidance.

Accounts Dept and it's processes are very slow. It might slower the growth when we are in expansion, salary schedule is excellent.

Higher management is dummy nobody is going to guide you, you have to deal with your new job all by yourself after all the hard work done you will be provided with a meagre benefit which inturn will disappoint you and the sacrifices you made are not worthy for the job as there is no appreciation and no recognition
