Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to manage all the store activities and staffing. Senior managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of times. I do receive appriciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisal. There is no guidance by seniors,which is a pain sometimes.Read More
