    Dislikes

    Work culture is very bad Superiors are very dominating You won't get any employee benefits like cl,bonus etc. They don't care about employee issues. Lunch time you have to wait for security for 5 mins in total 30 mins.But you have to go inside before 5 mins.atlast you got only 20 mins for lunch time. They won't allow you for work even if u come 1 min late.But you have to wait atleast 30 mins after completing work to get home. You have to work for entire 8 hrs shift. In between you won't get any rest. Finally, they won't treat you like engineer. They will treat you like slaves. Think twice before joining in this company.

    To work true to your heart with good satisfication and loyally

    Dislikes

    There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

    That is my first and best experience ever i got good knowledge about production and he give well salary and security and give freedom i think that is a reason he got good protection i think 6 months enough to learn most of the things because he give lot of tips and knowledge
