...No one will force you to work beyond that if you're working well (in their eyes.) If made to work from 9am-7pm, they'd give you compensation as well. Lighthearted environment, again, if you're doing your work diligently.

Dislikes

Absolutely zero job security. One mistake and you'll be told not to come from the very next day. Shady business practices. IT raids happening. Illegal work going on. They don't care about the quality, quantity is all they seek.

Likes

They give good promotions on time, managers are supporting & wants you to grow. They will help if you stuck and also able to understand things. Overall good company for me

Just salary late, but date is fixed

The company has a good work life balance. No employee are Forced to work beyond the working hours. Good work culture and professional environment.

Dislikes

Lack of coordination between various departments. Very frugal job security and low pay.

Nothing is there to like earlier they had 9-5 now that to is shifted to 9:30 - 6.

Dislikes

1. They withheld my salary for a month after leaving stating didn't seeve notice period but there was not notice period mentioned in offer letter and was not informed when resigned. 2. Pathetically low salary. 3. Nagged to come to office even on a Saturday holiday. 4. Nagged and threatened to come on Id holiday. 5. No proper appraisal structure. Many employees working without appraisal. 6. No proper promotion system. 7. No proper management. 8. No proper position hierarchy. 9. Random and absurd new hr policies like if you take leave or even pay cut in a week you will have to work on Saturdays for intern. And all this without a proper mail. 10. Fixed working hours and reporting timing of 9:30 and marked late even when u reach at 9:31. 11. Marked half day if you reach 9:40 12. If late three days a month that is even if at 9:31 you will be deducted a half day. 13. They also didn't pay a part time work from home employee just like me. 14. Heard director saying block her if she is call for her pay. 15. No job security. 16. Leaches who make you work for free and block your salary for no reason. 17. Pathetic HR who is clueless.

Company is very supportive ìn Covid-19 and are providing with every month salary.

Dislikes

Growth opportunity and culture of Company is not that much satisfactory also they provide very late salary to employees.
