6 days working, stakeholder call anytime, no work life balance , growth is like none ( People are on the same post from more than 4 years), Management is not good, It's more like Service Company than Product Company, Salary increment are less than service company and many of my colleagues got none. Will never recommend to anyone.

Good company, good learning skills.and I learnt full of work including MEP, structures, finishing,handovers,RMC through out my 2 yrs 4 months of work experience in civil engineer role & responsibilities.

Any junior or senior engineers are equally to the company any idea from any engineer it's good and progress for the work the company takes the to implement

i worked for one and half year due to my personal problems i quit that company. but over all Company is so good, i enjoyed working in this company, we need to work sincerely we don't do any mistakes hear. if any any mistakes was done sever action will be their, other than that project management was excellent. chairman so was a good person, i i feel that it was the best company to treat civil engineers like a soft ware employ
