... they literally don't give a crap about their employees they will just give you above standard salary as per industry standards and good incentives but they incentive system have a lot of terms and conditions so that you don't earn much thru incentives. and with this terrible work condition you will be greeted with worst managers in the entire world who will give you impossible targets to achieve as because they have committed an unrealistic numbers to their higher management just to look good and they will make sure to make you feel worthless by putting immense pressure over you and even if you achieve those numbers you won't be appreciated on the contrary you will be given more work load. shaming is quite common here. so if you are a college freshers looking at this post please save your dignity and yourself and don't join here.and if you just want packing and don't bother about you basic human rights then you are welcomed to join here as most of the employees has already resigned so you won't be having any issues getting in as this company is currently facing employee shortage and they are still reluctant in changing there policies and be ready to work in Sunday's too and you can't complaint about it to anyone as there's no hr here in office so you are all alone here.Read More

Work life balance. Not job satisfaction. You will be work daily for 12 to 14 hours. HR Department only for recruitment not invoice in employee problems. As per company policy every Saturday will be half day but manager not allow for half day. They want work 12 to 14 hours work on Saturday also. Even you will be work on Sunday in month end. Asian paint work culture like chu company. I recommend to new comers please don't join Asian paints company.Read More
