Nothing to talk good about ATMECS. very higher level management takes good salary hike by giving negligible salary hike to lower level managers and their team members.Read More

Work culture is not good. Too much of work place politics. From Higher level delivery manager till Vice presidents use the lower level managers for their own tasks and throw them once lower level managers and team members are no more required. People from Bangalore location are forced to move to either Hyderabad or chennai location. Infact there are very very less projects at Bangalore location. Not sure why ATMECS is not displaying the Name board on Bangalore office premises. May be to avoid taxation.Read More

Nothing!!! You cannot rely on them for anything. Twice in my tenure of 1.5 yrs the salary was delayed. You cannot by the word of the management for growth or anything at all. They would prefer south Indians even if you perform well in the company and get them more and more revenue.Read More

...When client is ready to pay more and asks us to retain they negotiate with us and finally they communicate to client that employee is not ready to retain which is very worst tactical game they play especially the HR head here When the project is completed,HR head calls and asks us to leave immediately on the same day which is very worst and not ethical on employees who helped and worked for them from long long years. Sincere advice to not join the company as long as she is the company and advice to management to consider all these and this will really spoil the employees trust over the company.Read More
