Arindam takes the wrong advantage of his power and promotes those who flatter him. Rohit Ulape (Chaatuu) is the best example in the west division. founder and upper manager doing politics in the company. so unprofessional behavior in my career. NEVER JOIN THIS ORGANIZATION.

This company is plagued by favoritism and politics, undermining any sense of fairness or professionalism. meritocracy is nonexistent here, as promotions and opportunities are handed out based on personal connections rather can skills or dedication. Talented employees are overloaded, while those with influential friends thrive, creating a toxic work environment. Transparency in decision-making is absent, leading to subpar results and a culture of mediocrity. The Office feels more like a battleground for power plays rather than a place of productivity. HR is complicit in perpetuating this toxic culture, turning a blind eye to complaints. Avoid this company if you value your career and well-being.
