Company is best place for freshers, as the package is far better than other. But No growth both skillwise and carrerwise.they train on one technology and put into any project ramdomly without and we need to work even without technical background of that project. Morever you will be changing projects all time and no relevant skills you posses. less chance of being billable.Hike is very less. you do not get recognised untill you are billable to client.But the capus is very peaceful, it is a complete package of nature, which can help reduce the stress with one walk.

Tag people to project in which they have good knowledge at, please dont tag just to fill the requirement.

Their are Many aspects As of now this company has splitted apart They have also not incremented our salary till now!! They have done too much cost cutting They don’t even give work from home They don’t even turn on the AC If there are not more than 10 employees sitting They turn off the AC Then why the **** you call us at the office Their is no equality in this company Everything just based on partiality I would recommend don’t join this company anyway!!! Now it’s been 1 year to me here My designation still trainee Hate this compony

Salary will be credited on time. And the office surrounding with greenery.

Manager and even a skip level above have no ethics. They will call to work you even if you are on deathbed. Joining straight after college was career suicide.

The team coordination is good and opportunities somewhat less to promote higher position. Job security 100 percent secured and salary somewhat less. Coming to appraisal it may varies according their individual performance.

The main disadvantage is Salary pay is less.
