    Company work culture is okay. Safety measures are good. Permit system is strong. Surrounded by Jungle so no pollution issues. Employees care is good(upper management only)

    Dislikes

    Appraisal system is worst. You will be downgrade in Appraisal just because Manager wants upgrade his rating. I think there should not be comparison between manager (high salary) and his team (low salary). HR will notice this but does not take any action due system and politics. That is big reason for many persons leaving company in just 2 years. Canteen food is worst. Only corporate people, guests, new joinee will be served with nice food. Upper Management people goes to home(colony) for lunch so they do not care so much about Canteen food, what are you eating is healthy or not.

    Working with Atul is really enjoyable and rewarding. This is only because of good mentor, enterprouner and supporting boss. I learnt a lot and giving back as well to the organisation.

    Dislikes

    The HR policies Deeply interfering in increament. Cost cutting (you will get hike on Gross only, not on CTC) Delayed release in VPP, does not pay you once you left organization (10% loss). Consider this when you join. Many more.... Most importantly, take everything on mail.

    - Atul has a very green chemical complex which you cannot see in any other chemical company. - Atul has a safe work culture and emphasis on "Safety before work".

    Dislikes

    - The canteen service and food available is not good. - The salary benefits is not upto the market standards.

    All good i can say but the culture and salary is not upto the mark, higher management is not appropriate your work. Moreover, it is going and doing work but you can not expect anything in terms of compensation from them. Hir management only thinks about people who work at production as per them HR people especially PeopleSoft tema counts nothing to them

    The work life balance is good if you are in General Shift if in Shift its not, also Salary seems much higher...they show false Expectation which are never fulfilled

    Dislikes

    Colors division is the worst division in Atul where only production is seen, safety is not a priority. Hr policies and values are useless..they dont apply in real life...they are just on Paper
