The salary offered is decent but that is of no use when the environment is toxic and no scope of learning and appreciation. The organization talks a lot about employee wellbeing but in real it's very bookish which was never implemented.

Dislikes

Senior and older employees dominate the organisation and Trade Commissioner are under their belt. Here, Trade Commissioner or the onshore staff joining the India operations are not consistent and there are politics within the Aussies as well. I've witnessed staff (irrespective of local staff or Aussie) leaving the organisation or being asked to resign within a quick succession. Most toxic environment, I have seen so far.

In this role expectation is to everything which is much more than what is in the job description. The culture is poisonous, should not go by the name. Before me three people were fired in quick succession.

Likes

Most unsecured, ambiguous organization. Uncleared roles, designation. Lots of raceism and favourism. Unless you are job less do not get inclined by fancy designation or job profile as there is no positive or real business and learning in overall organization. It's just a fancy shop with artificial relationships. Your boss will never be honest with you even if you put 1000 percent efforts.

It's ambiguous and unsafe culture. This organisation talks alot about employee safety, well fair etc but follows nothing in real. It's just a fancy shop with artificial culture.
