Well as per the work pressure you don't get pay that much. Their salary structure is really bad. It will not satisfy your need. They do give increment every year but the amount they increase is not enough, I think they should either stop the appraisal or give proper increment so that the employee also get encourage to work for the company . Without proper increment the employee gets demoralize, also they should minimize working days to 5 working days instead of alternative Saturday, if they are not increasing the salary.Read More
