    only one thing is to like, that is if you are starting your career, they will provide you too much work like you will not get the time even to have proper food and your day to day activity. which will actually learn you a lot you would not get the same in any company.

    Dislikes

    Too many things are there which you can dislikes. 1. their commitment 2. salary will not come intime 3. increment is nothing over there 4. don't waste your multi years over there 5. They think you are slaves and they can use you as they want.

    Good for the experience people. Learning and development of skill good for me. Also team vary helpful. Most of the projects are from d365 implementation and team will work to gather to live on time.. All about happiness and satisfaction with work.

    Only salary is not on time..

    Freshers: Job security is 100% without paying single rupees to you.. You just work as broker don’t expect corporate culture.. HR hierarchy model is not clear he committed something different and you are going to get opposite from that.. About joining /interview /process :under this frm very easy if you are like 10th 12th graduation or else MBA (all on a same role )you can join very easily and very casual very common nothing nothing serious One thing I learned from this firm that You got a good individual experience

    Though there is scope of multitasking but one have to do it on its own without support. Mental satisfaction of any kind of achievement is kind of missing .

    Dislikes

    Though they are good pay master but dues not credited to the account on time. Lots of politics and management only address issues on personal level not on proffessional level.

    Dislikes

    Here every day works is nearly 16 hours. so that mind is always feel boring. basic rule of company is pay rupee for 8 hours and take works from employee 16 hours per day. I never see such company which are forced to work every day 16 hours.
