No respect for an employees efforts. Even though we are asked to work over and above our given working hours no appropriate compensation is provided. That also includes the performance we give to positively impact the banks business outcomes.

They misbehave their new employee they harass me lot my supervisor openly told I am make sure that you not stay here long time after so much harassment finally I leave my job in 20 days.after leaving job no hr called me to ask why I was leaving job

Salary is credited on time. Sales pressure is less compared to other banks. Job security is high as there is lack of staff.

Dislikes

Depends upon branch to branch, but seniors are very dominating. Especially most of the vintage female staff is very rude to juniors, bully people, shout badly. They are not hard working and focus on their personal stuff during working hours and make everyone sit late at night(8-9 pm is usual closing time). They lack basic human values and promote groupism, favoritism, gossiping and playing victims(girl card) in the end.

The only thing which I like is the process of digitization. Becoming friendly to customer issues.

Everything is horrible. No comparison to work and pay. If you are a horse they make you lift weights If you are a donkey they ask you to run fast If you are a fish they ask you to crawl
