During onboarding process he will not tell u the whole truth about ur salary structure he told u that 20 thousand salary credit in the end of the month but the actually salary credited is 17000 ..... So many drawbacks are there if u want to know plss join because I have write a whole eassay about axis bank I never recommend axis bank to anyone and rest of the depends on you.

    Work culture. Nothing systematical. All tyme system issues and technology is not up to the mark. All Supervisors only want to increase their salary not the banks growth. Bank does not value their vintage employees.

    I dislike about axis bank is i have promoted as a sales manager and my salary was not increased. I don't know how this is possible. If you give responsibility so you have to give salary as per given responsibility.
