Azelis as a company is very good and the MD of the company is best. She is the best part of the company.

Dislikes

Lot of politics on management level. HR and internal manager politics they are worst. Many innocent people lost their jobs without any reason but once they leave the company they get better options and they are removed by giving reasons that they are not capable enough for the job. HR interference is a major concern.

Likes

The Company is new in India Market and have good reputation in other part of the world. Company culture is Very good, have hybrid plans for work life balance.

Dislikes

No HR Policy, No Promotion policy. Worst HR service, most of the employee's FNF is not cleared on time or not cleared at all. (This is enlightened when people leave the company). Company is promoting itself as a multination company on outer side, but nowhere it is.

Dislikes

This company lacks real career growth opportunities and instead imposes excessive work pressure along with intense micro management. They often hire freshers knowing that they are more likely to accept the terms and bind them to a two year agreement. However, once on boarded the environment is mentally taxing with adequate support team members who taken responsibility of training these new joiners receive no additional compensation for their efforts. Ironically, many freshers end up living before completing the bond due to the overwhelming stress to add to the unfairness, the company deduct up to 2 months salary citing as a training costs, justification that feels highly unreasonable upon resignation. Employees are treated with completely disregard and disrespect regardless of their contribution. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company as a healthy or supportive workplace. Also, even if you work more than what you are expected the increment you received is Worthless. They give the reason that company has not performed well, but their higher management gets all the promotions and increments while the company is not performing well, but the lower management people don’t get that benefit.

Dislikes

Toxic atmosphere, bossy seniors, worst management (HR) especially the SHEQ department. No travel allowance. Biased behaviour when it comes to treating the freshers.
