    Nice work life balance. Good people and decent management. Not the best but you can survive. Good opportunities to learn new tech.

    Dislikes

    Won't pay you well and very conservative as all banks are. Good opportunity to learn new tech, but won't get an opportunity to apply and use those learnings as they kind of have a phobia of new tech adoption.

    Good salary, Networking is encouraged (too much sometimes!), Volunteering activities.

    Dislikes

    Company culture specially the bhai-bandi attitude between old timers, very BPO kind of environment, tenure and connection is more relevant than the skill of a person (specially new joiners)

    The Bank has room for improvement in several areas. One notable concern is the allocation of meaningful work for managers. It appears that majority of managers, DHs and DLs are involved in internal politics rather than focusing on the success of the bank, which can be disheartening for employees who strive to make genuine contributions without resorting to flattery.

    ... The current system, where recognition, awards, promotions, and salary increases appear to be concentrated among a select few, has contributed to a toxic and demotivating workplace culture. Addressing these concerns and promoting a more equitable and inclusive work environment would be instrumental in elevating the organization’s overall quality and culture.
