If you're a beginner, it's a good place to start your journey as an SDE, you'll get nice training and all.
Work is chill, so the work-life balance will be maintained. In some cases when the client is from the US, etc, you might need to work at unconventional hours, but overall it's good.

The initial salary and benefits are very very poor. They won't even include your parent's health insurance. There is no specific thing as a culture per se.
One thing is there though. They value your loyalty more than anything. That's why they have crazy appraisals (like above 50%). Your compensation will be way much better in a long run if you compare it with your other peers, who probably got twice the amount of salary than you when you all started.
Work days: Monday to Friday
