    All the sales people in this company work hard from the director to the executives, everyone works together, the seniors always support the juniors. We all enjoyed the work very much, we got market respect for the company brand value. There are many reasons to like it.

    good salary for freshers only. Increment for every years.

    Dislikes

    HR culture/Policies is terrible, nothing will say at the time of joining. But time by time disclose the obligations on various allowence claiming. HR personel are consider themselves as "Godfather of Factory". Behaviour of some HR executives are ruthless. They even talk to any employee as his home survent like. They prefer OIL CULTURE. faul/abuse language is very common in daily schedule in the factory environment.
