Poor work life balance : You are supposed to work Monday to Saturday. In exigencies Sunday is also a working day.But these exigencies are often.It can be improved if CHRO intervene.Even if it is a holiday on Sunday, they will schedule a useless meeting. Less Salary: Salary difference between MTs from IIMs and tier 2 colleges has a big difference. Incompetent mid level Management: If working hours start from 10 am, the mid-level manager may call up a meeting at 9 . They don't care about employee wellbeing. They don't even have a strategy. Focus only on sales.

Work life balance is nill, Salary not upto the mark in comparison to industry. HR roll is null. Learning and training or help in higher education is not provided.

...ll your targets...u have to sit on most of the Sundays and till 12 at night....company doesn't pay as they show you in ctc....very pathetic work experience and work culture

Food provided during month ends, travel reimbursement.

Work pressure for sales targets, month ends till late night, less salary, need to work on sundays as well. Too much travel, customer abusing all time due to material not received on time. Entire pressure on Sales person only.

Salary is average as compared to industry standards.

Everything here is a disadvantage. No work life balance. Mon- Sat on general days and even Sunday is a working day on closing. And here closing is every month. Sometimes twice a month. Too much travelling for small work. No office gatherings or party, General manager and other higher level manager behave rudely and no women employees. Way too much toxic culture. And reimbursements takes days sometimes weeks. I will suggest if you get a job which pays 10k a month less for a 5 days work. Better go for it.
