    Drastic positive change in work culture after VRS in 2020. Majority employees trying their best under given constraints.

    Dislikes

    Not able to provide 4G service to the customer, company starving for funds effecting day to day maintenance . No pay rivision, poor promotion prospects.

    I Fill very well because all staff member good behave with me and help to solve querry any time any work related . This the my first job and i am really very happy to work there and i got some knowledge about Simcard.

    Some people work there they said the work in the calling agent but not groww salary so this is the one of the reason to give i only 1 star rating.

    Flexible timings and office availability in PAN India. You can relocate to your home town or nearby hometown

    Dislikes

    Worst HR policy among all PSU. low salary and huge shortage of staff. TA/DA rates are very low. Can you imagine, an executive rank officer is getting 150/- per day as dearness allowances in year 2022. What a shame.

    Not supported during lockdown. Not got salary during lockdown. Govt. has approved good salary but we were getting only 8000/9000. So much corruption is there.

    during lockdown they had not shown any humanity and had eaten our govt sanction salary.
