    Colleagues are friendly apart from that every thing is like a hell for me while working in there

    Basic salary is very low . They will provide you salary only if u procure candidates and make them to complete the sales task otherwise you will return every month with only 3500 rupees. People who are looking for a fixed salary please ignore this company. They will always give fake promises don't fell for them don't waste your money on joining this company.

    The salary they offer is good.

    Dislikes

    HR relationship with the employee is very poor. I didn't get any call or email communication from the HR dept regarding the resignation even in FnF I lost 1.06L payment for notice period and the deduction of paid leave. Senior Management is not supportive at all. Just forget RnR.

    I was working this sector within 2 months 15 days, as a Hr Recruiter Executive at KANKURGACHI Kolkata location, but during these days they did not give me any documents and salary also..... Just waste the time. Not a growing company.

    Not salary benefit, they only forced candidates to open policy activation minimum 5 activation.

    Salary aren't paid on time, forget the bonus and contest. And over all work experience is terrible. I contacted Head HR and they don't know about resignation process, as my manager said i need to give 2000 to resign. I am stuck in this trash
