I dislike in this company about the promotions and the increment in my salary. As per the level of mine, i.e , the Territory Manager, I do not get my appropriate salary which I thinks of. So, I wish if I could get a salary increment in this company, it would be better for me.

New product development is very slow And less effective top management fail to launch all new product because they didn't give as per market product.
