In big basket their is no R&A, R&D and legal department. In big basket only reddys can work, others don't have respect, salary or promotion. As a manager we don't have any working culture or sop in the company. In big basket only telagu reddys are running the company. We don't have anything to learn from big basket, all work we should perform manually. Company is in loss because of region, language, caust and zero process.Read More
