    Work culture is going terribly bad. Policies are framed to benefit company only and not employees Salary is so low than the market standards Notice period is 90 days. Frame policy in a way that their primary motto isCost cutting & company benefit. Employee preference is last priority and will not be considered at all.

    Can hardly find anything under likes.

    Dislikes

    Its one of the worst teams that I have ever seen. Highly unprofessional and lacking professional etiquette.I still regret joining BNP paribas where my salary stayed constant throughout the years .Neither did my pay increase nor was there a normal work culture. Absolutely toxic and devastating life it was spending with BNP under OTC valuation-Simon Antony-Joseph Varghese’s leadership.I really wish they learn to develop and value their team members work along with theirs, giving room for others to grow.

    IRP management in chennai is very Unskilled and poor in leadership. They do not have content and function knowledge but somehow managing it. Too much politics. One of the worst place to be.

    Everything in BNP is good, as a fresher you can learn a lot and become an expert, if you have good team and good manager. Great place for experience employees who can think about retirement plans. You'll get all kinds of benefits. Work life balance is good.

    Pay is very less, not even upto the market standards. No slab based salary.
