    Every company has its own poison. There are some policies that are not very employee friendly like no salary correction is given to existing employees. Managers are very biased during their appraisals, Managers bigotry kills employee morale. Good And Qualified managers are not hired

    Too much Work pressure Team management always force employees to stretch and work even after logout and not willing to pay OT. Overnight decisions. They won’t hire new employees even if there is work pressure. If 2 people left from the team they will hire 1 employee and manage the team. Very less hike percentage and bonus for the existing employees. Freshers are getting paid more than the people stay there for more than 5 years. L’amore everyday they will be an ad hoc works would be there, you have to complete it along with the BAU no matter what the time. You won’t get any overtime allowances. Non standardised hybrid model. No one cares your 99.999% good things. They speak about the 0.001% you missed. That 0.001% decides your one year hike and promotions. Management tries to run the show with less people. Even one people leave can make the other employees to feel stressed - management will never thinks in that point. Existing employees who are more than 5 years experience getting paid less than 6LPA. But the freshers are getting 7-8LPA. Company leave policy is good but that will be decided by internal management they won’t allow leaves. Compared to markets, salaries are are very less. For 3 years experience other companies are paying 7-8L but here you will get 5-6L. For 6 years others are getting 10+, here you will get 8L max.

    Good Salary Package, Perks, Bonus, Compensation & Annual Hike is good. The best is Best Medical Insurance Coverage for entire family.

    Worst, pathetic, unprofessional managers. 16-17 hours of continuous work with very less overtime allowances. Cheap office politics are played by managers, they literally threatens of job to the targeted person and makes their lives miserable. They also insults by using disrespectful tone on floor infront of other teams.

    If you are in a good team it is somehow ok. Leaves Criteria is very Excellent. Annually we have 36 Days as Leaves. But no Indian Holidays(Need to work on occasional Holidays and Festival Holidays).

    ... And for salary hike also they have not given at least an increment of 1% in that 2 Years.
