Salary is good but it is not very good. It is similar to other services based company. Hike is good.

Salary - Good

Dislikes

There is no much work but pretention of work is too much. Work life balance is not great if you are willing to contribute. If you don't want to work, you can relax as much as possible. It is mentally draining sometimes. And once you're in your comfort zone here, moving out is very difficult.
