Promotion salary both are pathetic , you don't Promotion for almost 10 years .This is the biggest flaw . Seriously they are struggling with underemployment since organization is Big. Processes are so stringent and can not be challenged. Decision making would take such a long time . Any ways if you have identity crisis and need good company to rely your identity on I guess it's good company else not.

Salary increments are very low Company management Saritha promotes only people who favour her Many senior guys are stuck up to the positions and not changing. So the young aspiring people move out of company for better career aspects.

Excellent company for beginners to gain experience of MNC, Company will give you good food, better transportation, salary is enough and more than any company offered for diploma candidates, associates are verry kind and supportive overall good company.

There no hope for Permanent or Full time jobs only Contracts or Apprenticeship. There nothing in the name of skill development they will give you one department for one year. Company will give good facility to survive but all the doors for your future will be closed.
