Dislikes

Boston Scientific does not provide adequate salary hike to new joiners in compare to competitors in the market. More over Boston Scientific yearly hike on slary is only on the base salary where as in other company where I have worked hike is always on the total pay. So if look my total salary is not growing.

There were no pay cut during the covid. The company provided a lot of covid benefits, incentives, covid kit, travel benefits to employees. Managers are never quirky if you ask for leaves it gets granted quickly.

... a whole is supportive at all levels. The technical learning was awesome for me. Well the salary was a bit "packed-up" for me but still there were opportunities to earn more if I would have continued my services. Would love to work again for Boston Scientific if "opportunities" knocks back again!

Office space is nicely maintained to attract outsiders, otherwise a worst organization to deal with. Be it vendor, employee or supporting staff, all are getting frustrated from the middle management in Gurugram facility.
