Company policy are good, appraisal are fair and the give good salary hike and bonus evry year.Good work invironment and culture.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a lot of policy and the management doesn't adress our issue.

To get job easily weather you are graduated or not but if you have good communication skill verbal written than 80% sure you have chance to get job in Bpo company

Voice process of headphones heavy.mind will not work,ear problem, become brain or health weekness.

Concentrix is the one of the best company. I never wanted to leave but for some family emergency I had to leave this organisation buy whenever everything will be fine. I will rejoin again.

It's a very interesting job like customer care and there we can learn many kind of things how we can introduce ourself front of customer/company and we can help anyone from this type of job.

Okay, sometime the customer very upset from our late work because they have need to urgent solution him/her of questions/problems. Therefore Keeps talking to the customer once in a while no matter in which language he is speaking.
