    ...Salary benefits are okay and work appraisals are like any other service based companies. Again if you are under good manager maybe you can negotiate. Company Culture is good.

    Skill developments sessions are excellent and Salary and benefits are also good. Some of mangers are best some are completely opposite.

    Dislikes

    Disgusting some of team members, no collaboration, do nothing and then in daily stand up- just simply make excuses of power outrage/ even don't attend DSM. No proper support. There is nothing like teamwork in some of projects, full selfish people. Mangers don't even bother about it completely.

    Projects are good but no time for technical work as meetings are too many. Salary good as per industry standard

    Too many meetings; do not provide access to projects key servers, devops etc. Not able to properly allocate to different projects. pace for development is unnecessarily fast. No time to learn or go thru the company training programmes.

Overloaded Too much work pressure Weekend support Many people suffered with health issues due to continuous work Doesn't care about employees Even sick off or personal leave also you should able to support.
