1.) No salary hikes 2.) Very late promotions even if you get promoted, nothing much on salary hike. 3.) Most of the employees are on third party role, so no job security 4.) Insurance money is debited from your own salary, amounting up to 50k to 1 lakh so your actual CTC is very less 5.) HR policies are very bad 6.) If you are eligible for Gratuity, they will pay it very late.

It is a distribution company whom we had to learn always regarding the safety point of view.

Here employees are being places on the third party basis which is wrong employees should be hired on company pay roll .

I'm working in EHV O&M Department Operations team from last 2 year but now they transfer me into breakdown. For me it's like a promotion because I want to learn more & gain practical knowledge.

I'm only concerned with salary. Here Diploma engineer who join by Contractual basis there is no promotion here they only promote who join company on payroll or parmanent

Job is stable.company is good for those who have exp more than 12years.Salary package till DGM level is so so.

*Salary till DGM is very low. *Apparaisal is worst 5%,6%,7% for above GM,6%,7%,8% for above Manager n below GM & 7%,8%,9% for below Senior Manager levels whereas in counterpart companies its 10%,12% & 14%

Worst job experience no career growth opportunities, no worklife balance theat of losig job , no one should join this company

The company does'nt help the employees to learn new skills and no salary hicks just give threat of transfer poor management and no employee griviance redressal and growth opportunities
