Initial salary offered is good but then forgot everything.

Salary increment is very less and sometime no increment. Work life balance is like hell. Management is worst and they fire someone middle of the day and ask not to come from very next day. People are also not following IT culture and very rude to each other.

First and last things. Everyone want to job security and you get here. Staff is good and timings is best. You just have to complete your 8:30 hour even you are late.
