Worst company ever Ganesh AGM & NiSHIT VP are the most biased persons taking free funds of salary. They are the ones who should be laid off first. Then comes the so-called CHAAAAAATU & DUMB employees of the PE department like Thawait,(Big Chaatu),Gaaaaya THE DUMBEST ONE who always licks. ... work culture. Discrimination and particiality is the core of senior herarchy. Sallery deduction and unwanted LOP is the way of cost cutting.morever won't get incentive for 8,10months and will change your parameters to disqualify you from getting incentives. Better to join other company of Ed-tech, it's fact you won't get higher sallery (but not reality) in other company,but surely you'll be paid for your hard work and dedication and will have transparency for your future endeavours.

The team I had worked was really good. The team was very friendly and had a good experience working with seniors. Work life balance was good in our team compared to other teams

... there is no job security They just do mass layoff without prior intimation No hike no proper salary distribution accordingly Overall BYJU’S work culture is bad when it comes to sales and marketing team They misuse customers money and don’t give satisfied solutions for the customers queries So many employees lost their jobs at BYJU’S and BYJU’S did not properly paid their salaries on time also. I never suggest anyone to join BYJU’S.
