    Only one thing salary credited on time.

    Dislikes

    The management & HR policies are worst there no standardization. Even the same designation has no equal policy. It can vary from person to person. They never consider their employee's opinions. Managers here are only to assign work, but they can't decide their team members' performance well or bad. They are like robots.

    ... Even the salary is below the industry standards. They think that their HR practices and policies are the best in the industry, but it is the worst. They never consider their employees’ opinion. No lateral transfers allowed. They say their is huge growth, but the growth is negligible. The management and HRs are least bothered for the employees. And they are very rude. Worst company ever to work for. Don’t go for this organization if you have any other offer in your hand.
