    The company use to be good . When i joined the company it was fine salary was good duty timing, everything was good . The chairman of the company Dr.modi he is a nice guy. But his son he is mad 😡😠 . He doesn't care for anyone future. He is like a child without any need he requit end less staffs . At a time there was no work for staff. But his father he saw all that and started lay offing staffs .the more he laf off the more the son brings new staff. You know i worked 5 years for that company and after 5 years without any reason i got layoff. Never ever join that company.your life will be dead.

    Absolutely nothing to like. Please read this review carefully before you consider accepting any offers by Cadila Pharmaceuticals.

    ... They offered a considerably good package for an expat. After my first two months, I travelled back home on vacation and was asked to not return to India. I was terminated with no reason. I was not offered a severance package as per my contract. Even to this date, I have no official communication from the HR department. It has been a terrible experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CADILA OR JOB SOLUTIONS to anyone. STAY CLEAR.
