... I worked for 4 year and my salary was 10 k.so pls don't join CCD as a lower staff.if u want to join pls join as a manager or area manager. Because there is no respect of lower management no increment no promotion no rewards.this is my humble request to all the guys .Barista, Costa cafe, Starbucks, bluetokai is very much better than Ccd. don't spoil your future in CCD.I suffer a lot in CCD but I don't want anyone suffer . ...You will get salary after 20th , technically after 55 days work you will get one month salary, No appraisal from last 3 years, very low salary and buttering bosses culture, work on all 7 days as what manager's choice. You will have to pick machines in your vehicles logistics is just for name, clients will abuse you, bosses will abuse you, material they never have to deliver it to clients, it's a mess ,list is too damn big.Read More
