Very less Employee benifits, very cheap politics from management. lots of micro management. no-one care about your hardwork and always for ladies side positive so that mary are misusing that. very poor work culture, you never get opportunity to develop your skills. just come to the office, do your work and leave that's that only thing. If take an opportunity to showcase your knowledge team leaders and associates are take that credits from the management, you never get opportunity to showcase your knowledge and skills. I suggest not to join.

We have a proper work life balance. We can always approach any one on the floor either it is technical related or domain related, they will be happy to help.

I feel leaves are less and some employee benefits are missing when compared to other organizations.

Most of the tools used were company specific. So as your experience increases it will be difficult for you if you want to switch to other job. Need to learn other tools and technologies for better growth.

Gloomy interior which creates a dull environment, if they add some bright colour around and encourage art in office just as a time pass in between breaks it would be better
