...ery low and Yearly appraisal is too low that cant even match the inflation rate. Good place to work if you have joined at a handsome package.

Increment Structure, Management, Management does not Understand your Issue Rather they only do blindly as per the Client's Instruction. Employee Retention Ratio is Very Poor. If you make a little mistake in work though it does not affect the client's main data, they will harass you for at least 3-4 months. The management Considers its employees as a resource but not a living Human.
