The company was good but the project assigned to didn't bothered of giving appreciation to employe for doing great /good work. The appreciation and benefits were given to only the one those who never worled.

Poor Compensation, No rewards for Good employees.. Leaderships won't retain at any cost instead will hire freshers with low package with better billing rate to the client.

The company is good with all the employee friendly policies like health insurance , Loaning extra salary during the Covid period + Extra leaves if all leaves are exhausted (not sure if it is still there .. it gets adjusted later on) Cab facilities are there free of cost only bus service is paid . Inhouse medical facilities , apollo Hospital medical(subsidised rate) . There are seperate shift allowance for morning , afternoon and night (125/200/400) . Oncall allowances are also there (350 Weekdays /500 Weekend). Gyms and sports arena are good (500 month). They have recently tied up with Microsoft so that you can do any microsoft certifications for free .The office ambience is good . The international client exposure is good . Team members ( depending on projects) are good , helpful technically sound . Lot of in house training opportunities . They also have corporate pluralsight subscription which you can use for free .Company gives equal oppurtuninty for male and female candidates you will see job opening for female candidates only just to balance out the workforce

The freshers are not told whether they will be joining as a developer or in a support role irrsepective of their B.E Stream. They get to know during the training period . Trainings provided are great but still many of them land up with different technologies than what they were trained for ( all due to business requirements ) only eligible option is after 18 months . The DS-IMOC / GCC tower or business unit is the worst for freshers . Never ever get into them . It is basically service desk job . only mangers will fool you stating you will get to work on different technologies ( reality is different ) Freshers have to join under 2 years bond . So during these 2 years they will get excellent hike post which the yoy hike is extremely low 2/3% max 5% rarest case . In some projects female employees fool the managers just to escape from night shifts and managers allow that even though everyone signs ok to work in shift agreement. Financial growth is slow here .

It has good bus facilities for the employee as well as salary is credited on time. FnF settlement if also given within a month

It's work culture and the People, The company does not have good promotion or appraisal scheme for Non IT people. Don't know about the IT folks

Great support for skill upgradation if you are willing to commit to learn from portals. Work life balance depends upon your project requirements.

Compensation is very low as compared to other organisations but decent as compared to competitors.
