If you are in BUs which focus on consulting and analytics, you won in life, good pay, less work stress, opportunities to go abroad, great. Good opportunity to learn too, work is not that pressuring, hikes are decent too

If you are in BUs which focus on cloud infra, engineering, BPO, Apps development the work culture is just bad, Senior Management Ego is on the seventh heaven, be ready to slog 12-14 hours on certain days while receiving peanuts on sal hikes, while listening them say the same "Markets are down", " There is so much talent in the market" ( a simple euphimism for "you are easily replacable" ) in your 1-on-1s.

They will kick you out, you can stay in the bench as long you want.

Worst salary, they will less than the market. Worlds worst HR and management team. Do not expect honesty from any one, management is concerned with their own career and growth.

Salary Structure is very poor. Managers are blind. They cannot see potential employees. They run their own rules and most of the female managers are doing it. Do not expect a promotion.

Managers are horrible, acts very diplomatic, toxic culture, lot of resignation, always hiring, other than salary on time nothing is good, employees try to insult each other and managers make them do this to the targetted employees. If you don't follow them blindfolded you will be in deep trouble, managers try to coverup mistakes of favorite employees and highlight targetted employees unnecessarily . Lot of falsification before joining and you are trapped after joining in terms of JD they confuse you, horrible culture

Dislikes

There is some serious problem else so many resignations won't happen, proper investigation should be done specifically in Kolkata campus, team leads and managers have politician mindset more than employee mindset, state local people are supported more and more who are in good books by doing nonsense others are completely suppressed

Hybrid working(12 days a month minimum)

Dislikes

.... No place to seat but forced to come to office and be there for 7-8hrs minimum. Very bad salary.
